  • A standard shipping fee of ₹50 will be applicable on all orders with a cart value below ₹499.

  • Orders with a cart value of ₹499 and above will be eligible for free shipping, unless otherwise specified during promotional campaigns or special offers.

  • All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before order confirmation.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available for orders across eligible locations.

  • An additional COD handling charge of ₹00 will be levied on all COD orders.

  • This charge is applied to cover the operational and logistics costs associated with COD services.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed after successful order confirmation.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within standard business timelines, subject to product availability and operational conditions.

  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping destination, courier partner availability, and external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.

  • While Mijoo Skincare strives to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by third-party logistics providers are beyond our direct control.

5. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Mijoo Skincare reserves the right to modify shipping charges, delivery timelines, and policies at its sole discretion without prior notice.

  • In case of any disputes, the decision of Mijoo Skincare shall be final and binding.
