As skincare and personal care products are hygiene-sensitive items, opened or used products cannot be returned. However, refunds or replacements may be offered in case of damaged, expired, or incorrect products.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

The product was damaged during delivery

The product was expired upon delivery
Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.
2. Refund & Replacement Policy

Refunds are processed only after verification of the claim.

Shipping charges are refundable only in cases of damaged, expired, or incorrect products.

Shipping charges are not refundable if the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
Refund Timelines

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

COD Orders: Refunds are processed to the customer’s bank account or wallet within 14 working days.
Exchange / Replacement Process
To request a refund or replacement, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Products approved for exchange must be returned in original packaging along with:

Once received and verified, replacement requests are processed within 48 hours. Please allow 1–10 working days for completion.
Note: Gift boxes, promotional products, and free gifts are not eligible for refund or exchange.
3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Customers may refuse delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered with.
Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.
If the outer packaging is damaged or opened, kindly reject the delivery immediately.
Claims related to transit damage may not be accepted if delivery is accepted despite visible package damage.
